As a Certified Medical Support Hypnosis Practitioner, I specialize in relieving chronic pain and suffering, accelerating healing and recovery, and regaining health from dis-ease. I was the first medical hypnotist hired by the US Government to work within the Veteran’s Administration in neurology at the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System in Manhattan. As a provider in the CARF Accredited Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Program, I established the first hypnosis clinic where I taught Veterans using the power of their mind through hypnosis, how to reduce and eliminate pain and suffering, and accelerate healing. The successful outcomes are published in the world's most-cited journal of rehabilitation medicine, The Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The Mount Sinai Department of Pain Management invites me annually to do grand rounds on how hypnosis supports conventional care.

Through the International Board of Hypnotherapy, I am certified as a Master, Medical, and Childbirth Hypnotist, receiving my training from the Hypnotherapy Academy of America. The Academy is known in the industry as the ‘Harvard of Hypnotherapy’ and requires more than twice the training of most hypnotherapy schools. I was graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and received my education as a Life Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). Additionally, I'm a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Healing Imagery, Mindfulness, Aromatherapy, and an on-going student of Vipassana Meditation.

Hypnosis changed my life. Diagnosed with chronic migraines at the age of three, I experienced an average of 17 migraines a month for 40 years. Rarely did I have three consecutive pain-free days. During my training, while working with a hypnotherapist, I healed myself of migraines. After experiencing this life-changing transformational healing through the power of hypnosis, I left a 20-year successful career in Corporate America. Since then, I've dedicated my life to sharing the mental, emotional, and physical healing power of the mind with others. To this day, I live 100% migraine-free!

My mission is to service humanity and leave this planet better than I found it by helping individuals and communities heal.

A common question I get asked is, how did I go from Corporate America to Medical Support Hypnotist. Adam Levine from his podcast, Second Act Stories, asked, and this is how I answered (22-minute audio). Listen here
